1. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, strategies, and documents are the exclusive intellectual property of trade_with__AR5. Unauthorized recording, downloading, or distribution of this material is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate legal action.

2. Account Usage Rules

  • Single Device Policy: Your account is restricted to a single device at any given time. Logging in from a secondary device will automatically revoke your prior session.
  • No Sharing: Account sharing is strictly prohibited. If our system detects shared usage, your account will be permanently banned without a refund.

3. Code of Conduct

During live mentorship batches and Q&A sessions, students are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment. Disruption or harassment will result in removal from the batch.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
